Reiki is a hands-on-healing technique that balances our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Reiki induces relaxation which promotes stress reduction and well-being. This Universal Energy is channeled through the Reiki practitioner and transferred to the clothed recipient through the palms of the Reiki practitioner. I work intuitively and make note of areas of congestion and by discussing these after the session, the recipient is able to 'connect the dots' and discover why they are feeling stuck or what changes they need to make to move forward.

A half hour scalp, face and shoulder massage with essential oils to relieve tension, sinusitis and alopecia. Blend of oils create a lovely treatment for dry and damaged hair.

Reiki distance healing sent to you anywhere in the world. Includes Reiki and a tarot and/or oracle card reading. Assists in clearing the emotional aspect of dis-ease in the body and resetting mind, body & soul. After the session you will receive an intuitively guided interpretation of the cards drawn specifically for you.
